Frequently asked estimate questions
How long will it take for me to get my estimate once I request it?
You will receive your estimate within five (5) business days or less. If for any reason this does not happen, please call the estimates department at (619) 562-1058 ext.305.
Is there a fee for the estimate?
The estimate will be provided to you free of charge.
What are your rates?
The estimate is based on the type and amount of work that is required, how long it will take to complete the work required and is based on a physical observation.
My notice is ready to expire, will you be able to complete the work in time?
Once the estimate is approved by you, we will contact the inspector to let them know we will be clearing the property of the Violation and schedule the crew as soon as possible. You should contact your inspector immediately.
Is there a deposit required before the work is started?
There is no deposit required for most jobs, but payment is expected when you receive a billing statement that the work was completed unless other arrangements are made in advance.
How will you know exactly what work needs to be done?
We have the standards for all fire agencies/cities and will perform only what is required to pass the fire code requirements at a competitive price. If there are any special instructions beyond what is required, please let us know in advance of providing you the estimate.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is guaranteed to put your parcel into compliance with the local ordinance and pass inspection.
How will I know the parcel passed inspection once the work is completed?
You may call your inspector and they will be able to provide you with that information.
